Chibiloulou reserves the right, in Chibiloulou’s sole discretion, to modify, add or delete provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by updating or revising this posting. Revisions shall take effect as of the date of posting. Use of any part of Chibiloulou.com after the effective date of any such change, means users accept and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy, as modified. 2. Non-Personal Information Collected and How Collected. Chibiloulou and our operational service providers (as defined below) and others who host Chibiloulou.com often use technology that can recognize, collect and/or transmit information that is associated with users, but does not personally identify users. Although the term “cookie” specifically refers to a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes, for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Chibiloulou uses the term “cookie” to refer generically to any technology that can recognize, collect and/or transmit information about user visits to Chibiloulou.com. Chibiloulou will always let users know if Chibiloulou intends to provide any Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties and Chibiloulou will give users the option to “opt-in” or “opt-out” of such use. Chibiloulou always has the right to disclose Personal Information to any third party engaged for the purpose of administering, operating, configuring Chibiloulou.com, Content and Promotions, and maintaining and providing internal support for Chibiloulou.com, Content, Promotions and services offered through Chibiloulou.com. Please be aware that unless expressly stated in the privacy policy of that website, Chibiloulou is not responsible for Third Party Sites’ privacy practices.
